Ebay member using MLPTP logos is NOT affiliated with the MLPTP

Hi all,

Just a PSA that Ebay user adelaburb is using the old MLPTP.net logo in their auctions without the consent or permission of the MLPTP.

This person is in no way affiliated with the MLPTP and we are working to have the images removed from their auctions.

If this is someone you know, please have them contact me right away.

Wow, this person has a ton of BIN pony auctions with absolutely no photos and no description other than the words "pony toy." I'm almost willing to chance it to see what a $1 BIN and $5 shipping will get me, not like I would be out a lot of money, but I'll bet hard cash they're just fakies.

Also looking at all the other photos, it seems like half of them are company stock photos and the others are all taken at different angles with different backgrounds. Probably all stolen from other auctions.

I was thinking the very same thing about the photos, Dragonflitter. I hope if anyone finds their own photos stolen and used in one of these auctions that they'll report the auctions like I had to. :/

Just checked out one of the auctions with the picture of the "My Little Pony Trading Post" picture- it is for

"Lot of My little pony toy"  - no other description or photos included, lol

Thank you, Ponylady I've already exhausted pretty much all means of reporting so now we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Being a holiday weekend and everything (and well, with it being Ebay lol) I'm not expecting too quick of a response, but hopefully they will be removed.

I also messaged the seller personally but of course, no response.

I love when the buyers have no communication yet expect you to magically make it all better.

I would make sure every message you send her is through the case.  I know one of the reasons eBay sided with me in my appeal was the fact the the buyer never communicated back to me.
