For some reason i read Super Scoops and wondered what pony that is.
baby North Star looks like someone punched her in the eyes, i think the rest looks really mint.

2. Why is Scoops such a rare Pony? I don't get it 
As she is 300-400$  when I searched for a PC on her.

Scoops: $200-$300 best bet is to auction her. She doesn't come up as much as the other mail orders and she's super super sought after.
Chocolate delight: $25-$30
Hearth throb: $8 with the flaws
MO star hopper: $15-20 depends whose looking. MO sparkles aren't high in demand, but star hopper and mapper fetch the most out of the group due to their different hair color.
Peppermint crunch: $7-9
Powder: $4-5
Morning glory: $5-7
North Star A: $5
North Star B: $1
Explorer: $15

When I saw sweet scoops, star hopper, and chocolate delight in a baggie marked $3 last week I was so amazed. to find ANY G1s is awesome. To find sweet scoops is beyond that.

You can get lucky and find her hidden in lots
That's how I got mine
Then I asked seller after I won lot if she had the charm too
If it was in the bundle of accessories included
She said no but searched the toy box and I got lucky
Perhaps someday my thrifting will pay off too like this
