I'm leaving for the Thanksgiving Holiday that is the whole week of the upcoming week. How do I go about putting a type of status on my Ebay Account to let others know that are planning to buy or buying from me that I'm on vacation?

If you go to your Summary page, towards the bottom right corner there is a box that say Manage My Store. There is a link in there that says Vacation Settings, just click on it and it will walk you through the process.
