Shiny breeding is a pain in the butt and VERY random in this gen, Zeena. Some people get one after ten eggs, me? I didn't get one after about 350. Hunting in Friend Safaris is much more effective.... after all that tedious breeding, I found the shiny I was looking for and then another in a bit less than an hour of searching...

Oh really? I guess I'll only resort to breeding if I'm trying for one with an egg move, then. I'd hate to have a multi-month hunt like with HG

Yeah... I was going nuts. Just stick to FS, I think. Breeding if you want stats and stuff, but FS for shinies.

I got a new shiny yesterday; a Braixen! He's payment for art but I'm super excited to finally have one.

Apparently, I had an incorrect Friend Code on the spreadsheet for Aquarel. I've updated it after verifying, but I'm going to take this moment to request that everyone look at my spreadsheet and verify that their info is correct. Also, if you have added Aquarel under the old FC, please switch it to the updated one. I'm not even sure who the old code of 1521-3187-1183 belongs to.

And updated with types. I had gone through half of them yesterday, then my game glitched and I had to revert to my save from before I started, losing hours of work, yay.

Some jerk conned me into trading for a Japanese Bad Egg. If I trade it to someone willing to take ot then restart their game t kill it, that would solve the problem. Anyone willing to do this?

That's horrible, Corona! I'd offer if I hadn't just gotten back to endgame, but I don't have the motivation to reset again right now.

Corona, I have a solution for your egg dilemma. On Sunday, Tiella and I gave a copy of Y to our 11yo as positive reinforcement for good behavior. I asked him if he'd be willing to help you out and explained that he'd have to start over. He agreed to it after I explained the bad eggs, and offered him some nice pokemon to start with again. Let me know if you still need the help, as i will borrow his cartridge for the trade n' wipe.

I can take it on my Japanese playthrough It just needs to be in its own separate box, right? I plan on restarting that game once I harvest legendaries and items such as megastones and evo items, so I won't be using my full PC at all. I have work until roughly 12:30pm CST, but I'll be available all day afterwards.
