Ok I LOVE pink... its my fave color in the WHOLE world..
HOWEVER
Exactly how MANY pink ponies have they made for the G4 line?
Cus including pinklestia just in my collection alone I'm counting THIRTEEN! sheesh!
Thats a LOT of pink!

I suppose it depends on which ponies you count as pink or purple, but by my sorting method, there's 18 different pink characters in G4. Cupcake, Flower Wishes, Flitterheart, Feathermay, Princess Cadance, Twirly Treats, Cheerilee, Cherry Berry, Sweetie Swirl, Starbeam Twinkle, Lulu Luck, Twinkleshine, Cherry Pie, Ploomette, Skywishes, Pinkie Pie, Star Dreams and Princess Celestia.

Then if you count all the variants of those characters, there's more than 60 pink ponies you could have...

Sweetsong isn't listed there, because she is in my purple category... Did you mean somebody else? Sweetie Swirl?

But that's what I meant by what you count as pink and purple, everybody has different standards. It goes for other colours, too. Is Sunset Shimmer orange or yellow? Is Lily Blossom grey, blue or purple? The debate could go on forever.

Sorry, I was including roseprincess' list since she added sweetsong as pink. Sometimes I just worry my eyes are getting worse, my mom and I argued for five minutes cause we couldn't decide if a blanket we were buying for my cousin was blue or purple, so I don't trust myself with colors anymore  And Lily Blossom is totally....uh, blue?

For me, Flitterheart and Cupcake are pink, Feathermay is purple, and I'd have to check Star Dreams again but I'd go with pink just on memory. But I might be biased based on Flitterheart's blind bag version, which is VERY pink.

lily blossom is a grey purple, in contrast to Ponies grey blue, feathermay is magenta/hot pink. Flitterheart is purple, but a pink purple, stardreams is all pink, cupcake is purple.

Twist-a-loo just came out. :
I'd love to see Roseluck or BonBon as a brushable though. They are both very near the top of my list of brushables I'd like to see made.

InkyMilk, Lily Blossom loks blue to me too, but I've more than once seen someone say she's purple. She's a periwinkle but def. falls more on the blue side to my eyes.

There are some purpleish-pink or pinkish-purple ponies that are really hard to solidly categorize either way.

Neat science fact: did you know that due to differences in numbers of cones (the part of the eye that perceives color), everyone sees colors slightly differently? So to be fair, we could all be right based on our own perceptions of color!

Yeah my husband and I argue about colours ALL the time. He loves blue but hates green, and I'm forever getting in trouble for buying 'green' things, which to me are most definitely blue. argh.

Anyway back OT, I perceive Flitterheart as purple, and she doesn't really seem grayish at all to me... *runs out of thread before fakies start flying*
