MLP figurine?

I got a note from a deviant on my MLP-History group on Deviantart and he was asking me about this pony figurine.

It used to belong to his uncle who sadly passed away and he only knows that this pony figurine was made in 1988. He does not know who she is. I've seen it before but I do not recall the name since it was long ago. I'm not sure if it is a My Little Pony or it's a fakie pony.

Can anypony know who this figurine is? It would be great, thanks.

That figure there is actually not a hasbro my little pony product. It's from a line if tiny horses. I forget the name of the line. But I am sure one if our resident fakie experts will know it!

I love how your friend has her displayed though the backdrop is great. As Mermaid says its not MLP/Hasbro, I cant remember the name of the line either but I thought it was a German line so I am hoping someone else who knows for certain can name them and their origin for you soon.
