I'm still new at restorations but I will tell you what I see..  The little dirt spots look like what is called "pin dot" mold or sometimes called "Smooze."  It can be removed with good scrub usually with anti-bacteria soap and maybe a fingernail nail brush.  The spot on the ear looks like plan dirt.  A Magic eraser should do it.

Your biggests issue is the spot on the front leg in pic 3.  That's what is called "pony cancer" and as far as I've seen it can't be removed.

What have you tried so far?  My first step is usually a magic eraser that gets right of a lot of dirt you wouldn't think would be easy to remove.

Here's a blog with more info http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/body.html#BodyParts

I would classify her as bait because that's too much work to clean such a common pony,  but I know other people like the challenge ;) My poor childhood Applejack has pindot all over her as well :(

My thoughts:

The little black spots are pindot mold. Hot water, bleach and a lot of work with your fingernails can get that out.

Orange one looks like cancer or regrind, no way to remove those.

The stuff on the ear and the big black line looks like paint or texta, try acetone on that. Keep the acetone away from any paint you want to keep.
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a woman in possession of disposable income, must be in want of a pony.

I think everyone has covered everything you need. The first step is a really good scrub in order to shift that smooze. After that and magic eraser, the remaining marks which have not moved will need sunfading. Unfortunately the pink mark on her shoulder looks as though it could be a plastic break down problem and that may not fade...but its worth a shot!

I've had over a dozen parasol's, none with regrind... That spot makes me scratch my head. I would suggest trying to sunfade it out. Some of that yellowing will fade out with sunfading too if it didn't come off with a scrubbing.
Would love to see some after pics once you've got her cleaned up. Just be careful with how much you scrub around her symbols, glitter can come off pretty easy.

Take her out of the bleach!  It will accelerate the rusting of her symbols.  :(  Try Magic Eraser, then acetone, then sunfading.

If you are soaking her also watch her tail clamp and washer as they will rust given time. You would be best to take her tail out when you are working on  her.

I removed her tail before i started working on her, And i was keeping a good eye on her.
She looks much better after being bleached and scrubbed real good. I really need to get a magic eraser. Acetone did not affect her, sadly.

Her symbol has not been damaged by the bleach, Thankfully.
Her pindot mold is also gone now.

Unfortunately I do think that pink stain looks like a plastic break down issue. But you should certainly try sunfading on her just in case.
