I got my ponies- they are so cute! 

The one thing that bugs me is that Peppermint twist should have super curly hair-  she really looks a LOT like Applebloom.  I'm going to see if some pipecleaners and a boil perm fixes things up a bit...

I got mine today. I've been so excited to get Silver Spoon and Twist since they first popped up on ebay.
I'm a little disappointed though. My Silver Spoon has 2 dots on her forehead I can't get off with a magic sponge, Twist is missing her glasses, her cutie mark is smudged  and she has a little scuff on her eye
I'm gonna try touching them up with brush cleaner or acetone & paint but I was so afraid of something like this happening since I first realized that you cant see the ponies at all in the packaging (which is the only reason why I ordered online instead of waiting until it was in stores like I normally do. Taking a gamble either way right?) Though I'm happy to have these girls I'm really getting so fed up with Hasbro's quality control. 

If anyone gets this set and doesn't want Twist's glasses please sell them to me!

  I would think that if you contact Hasbro they will send them to you or offer an exchange ,no?

I've dealt with hasbro before with flawed ponies and don't like their "return everything to us and we'll send you back a comparable item" policy. I got these from target.com though. I'm still deciding if I even want to deal with the hassle. I'm getting really tired of replacing ponies.

My Twist has a different color for her mane and tail. Her mane is a lighter more pumpkin orange with a sheen to it. Her tail is a deeper orange and very dull. No sheen to it at all. You can really notice the difference when you look at her. Otherwise everything else is fine so far. I just took them out of the box.

I do like how Apple Bloom has been given her bow but thats a bit off your Twist was missing her glasses completely And I agree I am not appreciating the way they are purple-ising Cheerilee!

Great comparison photos!  I had no idea Cheerilee had changed so much- how odd!

Too bad you are missing a set of glasses- Hasbro should really stock spare parts like Mattel does.  Still, would probably be easier just to exchange your set for another- wherever it is you bought it.

I will open it once I get my other set from Hasbro,I wanted to buy it there too because i had a coupon for 10 off and because the Masquerade  Fluttershy and AJ are there as well and I find it convenient not to have to go to every store looking for them and not finding them in stock !,but I noticed after ordering it ,  that it was a pre order , with delivery until december ,but the order shows that it will be shipped 11/25 ,o hope it shows up before december

I like the new Cheerilee a lot--thanks for posting all those comparison pics 3377345! She's quite different from the first Cheerilee, I think I can keep her without her looking like a duplicate in my herd

I ordered the set yesterday and it already shipped. I hope they arrive looking ok. I just want Twist, Silver Spoon & Star Dreams. I'm selling the other ponies and all the accessories, including the glasses, with the exception of Apple Bloom's ribbon. I'm kind of regretting that I paid so much for Star Dreams (I couldn't find her for ages, so I finally shelled out like $20 for her on eBay) but I really like her, so I guess it's ok. At the time, I had no idea they'd re-release her. But I plan on keeping both because I want them to be twins.

I got mine yesterday (ordered from Target).  All the pieces were there as far as I could tell, but...Silver Spoon's head is a COMPLETELY different color than her body.  Will have to get photos, but it's really disappointing.  The others are fairly consistent head/body matches and are nice, but she's a disaster.  Their tails are definitely different hair than their heads too...I wonder if they make the heads in one place and the bodies in another?

This isn't a great picture, but you can at least see that Twist's mane and tail are different. There's a sheen to her mane, but her tail is so dull.
