Catrine DeMew cosplay! Need creative ideas!!

Hello!! I hope this is ok to post here, its not a setious problem to post in the whats your prob thread buuut I need some help with my costume! I got the Catrine DeMew outfit from Walmart-lol yes I fit kids sizes cuz im so short! xD Catrine is my FAV character! The gloves, belt, and skirt fit well on me in fact the skirt is too big for a size L! However... I almost break the shirt! Its sooo small! It has be be a size 10 although it says 10-12. Sadly I havnt seen any size XL (my size!) in girls. Poop! Also a little bit of my belly shows when I try to wear the shirt! Everything is fine with the costume exept that darned shirt!! I want this not just for halloween but for Akon or Afest next year! I have aalllll kinds of art supplies I would bring and draw things at conventions! I am great at makeup too!  I have vampire teeth and white tights I could use for my arms and legs!!  I just need help with the darn shirt!

How can I cover my gut and get the shirt to fit!I need creative minds!! Could I cut the back of the shirt, and sew it onto a black skinny adult T-shirt in my size!? So that the front of the shirt the costume is showing, and the back of the shirt is the T-shirt and the black shirt covers my gut and accents the pink/purple belt? Ideas pwease! :3

Also WHERE THE DERPTADERPP is the wig!?? Was it an online excluaive!?? I would LOVE IT for around $9.97 if theres a place other than walmart.com that sells it! *If anyone has it and doesnt want to keep it I can buy it off you!!  Im trying to look online first....

You could buy a pink wig they are quite common and then die part purple with the sharpie method or rits die

That gives me an idea!!! What if... I made the back kind of like a corset!? And wore a black tank top under it!? Like zig-zag stretchy silver or black string on the back so it can stretch with my body!? I would need those metal findings to secure the holes so they dont tear when the string goes in. What do you guys think about that!?
