Need a horse identified.

Unfortunately no pictures I found this beautiful horse toy marked M.I.I. 1994 China. I'm not even sure what company that is. But the horse is really beautiful. It has moving limbs and is about the same size as a barbie horse. Does anyone know about M.I.I. or about the horse I've tried describing?

I think it sounds like a horse like this one in this ended auction, is this similar??
I've seen one of these in person, but know nothing about it.
