I need help!

I got a drink and wet baby Rainfeather, I was wondering if any of you know how to remove a drink and wet baby head, without slicing the tube in her body. My rainfeather got her mane and tail cut :c

Just go around with an X-acto knife only enough to slice the head off.  Just barely use the knife so you can avoid cutting the tube.
