My custom is in the customs office at the moment, I need to pay ransom for it but next week I should have it in my hands ^^

Yeah, Finland's customs office is pretty strict and we have to pay customs fees for anything that costs over 22 euro (about 29USD) postage INCLUDED. =_= I hate it but what do you do...

that's... kinda ridiculous... especially with the shipping hike. if you mail a postage stamp to Finland chances are itll be $40! is it a flat fee you pay or a percentage of the value or something?

It's by percentage, VAT is 24 percent of ponies and dolls and their accessories.

That bites. I'll have to keep it in mind if I ever do an international pony. I'm hesitant to undervalue a custom on the forms tho, not sure why lol doubt it really matters.

That doesn't always help, at least not with Finland  Oh the times I have had to contact them about packages that are under that value but medium sized so they took them in just in case.

But about my pony from this swap: I should get it tomorrow! Maybe today if I find the strength to take my lazy ass to the post office

Holy moly, I got my package from Eluluu! So much goodies *n* Pokémon toys and pony stuff and the most wonderful Vaporeon and Pyroar customs! I'm completely overwhelmed with this and my custom army swap packages that both arrived today. You're the best, Eluluu!
