"Barbie my Scene" doll hair for the An-Gel ponysona & a Britney Spears doll for Sandy Gem.
I cut and transplant the scalp strip. I wish I could rehair the heads like I do the tails though.

As for Sandy Gems, she's based on my niece, and she got me back into MLP again after all these years.
I'm planning on making FIM characters from now on.

I'm done with Lily Valley. I just have to put a flower in her hair and take a picture now. :woot:

Where do I walk in and buy the hair though? I like to choose and match the hair color in person. :)

Well..... If you have a DollarTree, they have these children's headband things that have hair on them. The hair is not amazing quality, but it works just fine for straight styles. Also you can get hair extensions from a hair supply store. Places like Hobby Lobby and Michaels will have some hair in natural colors that is meant for doll making. Most of us order our hair online, but there are a few other options. Also, you could pick up Halloween wigs on clearance pretty soon and use hair from those (or full price if you don't want to wait of course).
