Wow! I've been watching that Venezuela beauty for over a week now (not trying to bid, just drooling and wondering how high she'd go and the auction just ended. I can't believe how much she sold for!!! I wish I could post a link since the auction has ended but for some reason, I can't find it anymore. Congrats to the lucky (and wealthy) winner!!!

Edit: Someone posted a link below and I edited my title because it was a Lickety Split, not a Posey

This one?  I was rather surprised as this was the same seller who said there were problems shipping out of Country and Cancelled the last huge $ sale they made because of it.

Yeah, I made a mistake. It was a Lickety Split, not a Posey! I hesitated before I posted but for some reason, I couldn't access the "ended sales" on ebay yesterday. I don't know anything about the seller but the pony is beautiful!

I wouldn't risk spending that much knowing the things that could happen between here and there with customs. Congrats anyway to whoever won her.

I saw her but I didn't bid the whole "private listing - bidders' identities protected" just makes me too uneasy, especially since ebay already hides the id's  :lookround: but Congrats to the winner! :satisfied:

I bid a little but was not going to go that high without some sort of protection with customs. I asked her if it was possible to get insurance on the package but never herd back from her. I have bought several from over there most were lucky but I did get some ones ruined by them too.
