I mean, I guess? It doesn't really resemble her Equestria Girls outfit, but I'm not sure what else it would be... maybe Winter Pinkie Pie? Those are kind of Christmasy colors, and that might be a snowflake on her eye.

How many pinkie pie does hasbro think people need, why not just come out with new clothes rather than the same pony with a minor difference, and more new characters, honestly I don't even care anymore I have lost faith on hasbro, it's all about Funko for me now.

I like her too! I think she's neat. As tired as I am of Pinkie, this one is pretty cool.

It looks too polished to be a bootleg, but maybe it is, I don't know. I don't think it's part of Through the Mirror though.

Looks more like a Chinese dress than a kimono. I think one of the dresses I bought in China looks just like it actually. WHich is appropriate considering it's origin haha. Very christmassy though.
Perhaps they're going to take the Pinkie Pie's boutique down another route? And pink and blakc and white was just the current them and with the more wintering months we'll see a new 'line'?
Or perhaps all the mane six will get one of these curious variants.
I like it well enough. The printed on-clothes ponies seem a bit odd to me, but it's a lovely pattern. I would like to see more non-mane six ponies though!

I was thinking, pretty much the same thing.  The cut of her "dress" and patterning look like a Chinese dress, I think this would be the reasoning for the pink/red combo.  Though I find the dress being painted on very strange, I still like her, and I think I'd pick her up if she got a normal release.

Maybe each of the mane six would have some traditional clothing-thingie from a different country or something....?  That would actually be kinda cool....

I bet its for New Years! Next year is the year of the Horse, so it makes sense with the slightly Chinese styled outfit. I hope they put out the other ponies in matching outfits!
