Runic Warrior for Flarewing - Blackest Nights Swap

From Flarewing's list, glowing runes stood out to me. As is always the case, the first idea I had didn't work out and I ended up starting completely over from scratch. In the end though I think it turned out much better than I had originally envisioned.

An ancient warrior, bound by and protector of long forgotten secrets. Time torn and stained, marked by many battles, identity lost. Only the Runes remain.

Boring stuff: Createx paints, Apoxie Sculpt and polymers, latex based GitD paint. The sword, shield and chains were weathered with a nifty antiquing medium I picked up. It worked really well on the chains especially, they look legit rusted. The runes were made up on the spot. I tried to paint normal eyes half a dozen times, but none of them were working, so I thought creepy "dead" glowing eyes would be a better fit. I have received word that he is welcome in his new home (to spook the other ponies in the dark)
