Brazil Minty with purple hair?

So I have seen this Brazilian Minty with manky Purple (bluebell colour) hair and I was wondering if it was a genuine variant or if it is a weird rehair that went bad :)

You know, I have a purple haired Brazil Peachy.  Was it Brazil that had the doll hospitals?  The hair on my weird Peachy is definitely Brazilian hair.

I have seen a picture of the lilac hair minty, but I can't decide if its just dirty/discoloured or not.

Yeah, Brazil had a,doll hospital, so it's possible she's a factory rehair, or it could be discoloration.

I can get one.  :)  She's definitely purple, like Blue Belle purple.
