yeah is expensive   but at least it would be a chance for the collectors to get the balloon , which is going for more on ebay , talking about the old one  though

Oh wow I got 2 at tuesday morning last year, kept one but figured I didn't have room for 2nd and returned it.  Who knew...I guess I should check ebay more often.

I had to pay on amazon i think 29 for it last year, now it is going on 50 to 70 on ebay

Yikes, $40!? I only wanted this for the twinkling balloon...maybe ebay will have a loose one way cheaper-if not at least theres a good chance it will be there at Kohls for a while!

Gosh you could hardly move in the toy section of my local TK Maxx at one point last year for discounted versions of the TS Balloon release. They were slashed to a 1/4 of original sale price.

$40 does seem expensive but I guess when  you consider what the Twilight Balloon was originally priced at plus this includes 2 ponies then maybe its about where I expected it to be.

I bought it because it was the easiest way to get a twilight with bangs and ending up selling the balloon here on the forum.

IIRC they were 12.99 but yellow tagged for something additional off so they were probably around 50% off.  I did go back months after the fact and had a look around to see if it was still there and sadly it was gone.

Tuesday Morning is where i bought my first 2 ponies last year then i found 2 of the canterlot sets for half off later that year .  And just to make sure i just stoped by that store to make sure i'm not missing on any half off ponies , this store is a block from my place , i walk to it on my way back from the post office  that is behind my home , morning walk around the corner lol

Thanks Houston!  I bought a few other things I was waiting to order online, applied a 20% off coupon, a $5 reward I had, and spent enough to get free shipping. Afer I ordered, they sent me an extra $10 in Kohls Cash to spend in the future.   Not too shabby! 

To me, it's a different balloon, just for the fact that the basket and rope colors are different. I have two of the TS balloons (one with the painted swirls and one without) but they have the orange baskets, a lighter pink or yellow ruffle, and lighter pink or yellow ropes.  Even with a difference in the pink shades, I gotta have it

Congrats on getting that set. My daughter wants is so bad.  I told her I will think about it. I should of picked up that balloon at the second hand store in my town. Maybe it will be there tomorrow

And I always think its funny when the box and the toys are different.

  that is awesome   I did get the kohl cash , too bad their ponies are really overpriced LOL  my Kohls is next to the Walmart so , it is pretty silly to buy stuff at their prices, unless is an Exclusive  ,then that is the only way to just give them our money LOL

  they Had 4 on the store I went to , it was just a last minute trip to that side of town,wanted to get me the  mlp fatheads decals at Walmart and then i saw that Kohl's was open until 11 pm , it was already 10pm LOL , kinda cool  they stay open that late otherwise I would have missed on this set

  Awesome , hope you find it ,if not it is online as well ,but you would have to buy more than 70 dllrs i think for free shipping.
