My initial thought is Italian Skydancer with funny lighting, but it's been a while since I saw one in person.

I think too it's an italian one, but the red stripe seems to be a little too fluo and the green too dark.
I have immediatly thought about those italian with "Mimic" hair, but probably it's just the ligh:)

That was my thought as well! But it could be funny lighting, it's hard to tell.

Unfortunately, she was only a regular italian Skydancer, but i have recived some other great items to be happy for^_^
