I don't think I've ever seen a MOC Peru Baby. Does anyone even know if they were sold on cards or in boxes with accessories??

Agreed- I have never seen a MIP baby from Peru, and I have only seen a handful of adults (took me about 3 years for one to surface for me to snag once i started looking).
