Shoes to fit Patch sized doll?

I've got a Brownie doll (Girl Scout) and they're Patch (Sindy's little sister, 8" tall) clones essentially, and I'm in need of some shoes. I'm not sure who, if anys shoes will fit so if anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears.

Mainly in need of white trainers and brown shoes. All flat, as they're totally flat footed. Maybe 18mm, feet are 16mm with no socks.

I was going to ask this, as well. If they are shoes for Tammy's sister, Pepper, might fit, as well. I couldn't think of anything modern or cheaper, though.
