Captain Jack Sparrow... Action figure... Show me them

I want to see some of these next to ponies... I think I want one to put by my mermaid custom
Did they make any realistic small figures with cloth clothes and hair
I would prefer one not all plastic but not Barbie sized
Does something like this exist or would an action figure smaller then Barbie size only be all plastic PVC?

I don't have any Jack Sparrow action figures. I have a four inch plush of Jack I bought at a Goodwill and he looks like he jumped out of South Park. The tush tag was cut so I don't know who made him.

I don't have any actual figures, but id look online.  Maybe WDW/the Disney store has them.  Its worth atleat taking a look if you have a store near you or know someone going there.
