Much ado about Blindbags : Resolved

So. I recently bought a number of blind bags off of Ebay and received a package with (purportedly) a few in there. Opened said package, only one pony. This makes me upset but I do due diligence and rate the one I have in hand and take my pictures for records sake. When I'm less upset I send a post on Ebay to the sender asking what's up? No case open. They've given me an email address to send pictures to but I don't know if I should or send it to their Ebay address if that's even possible...

The package looks like it wasn't touched before I opened it. There's clear packing tape all around and over the shipping and customs labels and a customs sticker half on top of the tape on one side. So I don't think anyone opened it or if they did, they're super good at making things look unopened... I just don't know what to do and that's more frustrating than not getting ponies I've paid for...

I would send them a picture per their request. I am assuming they just want proof in what you are telling them. No harm in that    If there is no resolve in a few days then I would most likely open a case.

Just curious was this an International sale?

Yes. From China, actually. Well documented with all of the Neutrals more than 6 months ago and a good half of them that should have been erased from what I can tell... No negatives from earlier than a year ago too with some of them needing erasing.

They responded! It looks like they will try and make things right without Ebay getting involved so all's right in my world again!

I know, for Canada at least, customs has special tape to reseal packages.  It says "opened by customs" or something.  Sounds like a mistake.  Hopefully they will right it.

Sundays are sooo haaard because there's no chance of ponymail today... But the seller has gone ahead and given me positive feedback and said that I had good communication. So, so far so good. I suppose it helps that I bought a loooot of blindbags.

Yeah Chinese Sellers are usually pretty good. I've had a few things go missing in the mail and they've re-shipped for me with no issues whatsoever. Good Luck!

Just got my second (super-big) order of 11 blindbags in today. All of these present and accounted for. Now to wait for the two missing from the first batch.

UPDATE
On the good side: So I bought six more blindbags from the same seller and they just arrived! Not exactly the same as in the pictures for some but nothing egregious. 

On the bad side: Month and a bit later... and still no show of the two missing blindbags...   I just sent another message to the Seller and feel I am unfortunately going to have to escalate the matter... I don't want to, but no one should be expected to just eat money on something the person said would be resolved quickly... and I'm kind of upset because almost a quarter of my blindbags I've bought from that Seller.

Got a couple of quick responses this morning and decided to just get a refund. Was quick and easy. Hopefully they don't take it badly as I still wish to buy from them... Off to buy more blindbags!
