I used be into it when I lived in California but really fell out of it when I moved to Colorado 2 years ago. I've sold all my stuff except a couple accessories. Now only my dolls dress in Lolita style...
I miss it sometimes and still torture myself by drooling over dresses on egl sales occasionally but it really isn't practical for me anymore. I love BtSSB the most and most of my wardrobe was Baby when I had it. There are some Innocent World prints I quite love that I never got a chance to own.

I love Lolita. I have a few non-brand pieces that pass for it, but little else. Dolls eat up all my money, you know?

As for brands, I like Innocent World and Victorian Maiden most. Especially since they do a lot of calf-length stuff, which I love.

I wear lolita too now i lost due to my GBP surgery 50 kilograms! ! Yes thats not a typo! I was 120 kilogram before and now i weigh 70! And luckily i have not to much floppy skin! And age...i'm 35 and i do the toned down route so a lot of Goth Loli and not to much bows. I post pics later!

I think it is super cute! But don't really collect the clothes myself- I guess I used to a number of years ago- but now I just feel a bit too... old. heh.

I wear mostly gothic lolita or aristocratic, and sometimes kodona. It's rather funny, when I was younger I didn't like wearing skirts but couple years ago when I found this style, skirts weren't that bad.

My favourite brand is Alice and The Pirates. I have brand and non brand, I really don't care as long as the clothes looks good. I also sew.

Nope!  No way you're too old!  I'm almost 30, and I know there were a few ladies on EGL (back when I was active there) that were in there 40's and 50's!

Also!  Drooling over Soft Cream!  I love that print 

I love looking... but now that I can fit in the clothes, I can't afford them... 

Have you tried BodyLine and Fan+Friend?  You have to be choosy.  Some of the pieces both places offer are just awful, but there are lots of nice affordable options too
