I know others out there have embraced their pony craziness into their weddings and other special events, please share them here! I'd love to hear about them and/or see pics! This is my contribution:

My husband proposed to me in a very special and personal way. (This is really the only place I can actually share this experience.) He is a software programmer for video games, and actually made me a little Nintendo DS game in which our two pony personas were the characters. In the game, his persona basically chases mine down and pulls out a ring to propose. At that point, he actually pulls out a real ring and proposes to me on my couch:

After I happily and excitedly accepted, he told me to push "A" on the Nintendo DS. Our personas then galloped off together along the beach and through the palm trees (I lived in Florida then and love the beach). You can control how fast they run and move them up and down the beach a bit. It was the cutest, most unique thing I've ever seen! He even composed the beautiful music it is set to. He never ceases to amaze me with his talent and awesomeness!

Wow! That is so awesome!

My engagement wasn't pony related in the slightest, but my fiance has agreed that we are using G2 Bride (Wednesday Afternoon Bride) as a color-guide and theme for our wedding, Ivory and Gold... and she'll be on my Bride's cake or near by or something at some time there, lol

That is awesome but you had me wondering what he would of asked you to push instead of the A when you said yes had you said no...what would the game of done then had you not been ready to marry
glad you said yes and it is neat
as to anything romantic recently this past Friday the 13th I put this on our anniversary cake.

We renewed our vows a couple years back on a Friday the 13th just to have a fun way to celebrate our love and redo our wedding in Las Vegas in a fun way The first time in Vegas getting married years ago was all traditional so we decided to opt for a Elvis impersonator hitching us instead and not do a big dress and tux again, but Vegas clothes and no fancy dinner, we did fast food to compliment our shot gun wedding...we decided to do it on a Friday the 13th so we can celebrate whenever any rFiday the 13th comes around.
I usually opt for ponies on my cake and I now like to see snow on my birthday so we head for snow and a cabin. Here is some birthday fun photos I will share so you can see my pony birthday adventures.

I didn't have ponies on my birthday cake this year but I will remedy that next year!!

Okay, it's hard to tell, but we had a pony wedding cake with a G1 cake topper, tiny petite ponies (the ones without tails, haha) and a (grass) green cake. It was totally dorky but I loved it

It's not dorky. It's you and you personalized your wedding,made it special. The cake topper is the best. Our first cake topper was precious moments and when I think of precious moments I think of my mom...not me. So your cake topper is NOT dorky.

Not dorky at all, Navi (at least not in this crowd, lol!)! It's a beautiful cake, and I think personalizing events like this makes them even more special with the passing years. ^-^

Yep, I sure do! I played it again today to get those pics. It's just so adorable! ^-^

And thanks, MikeysGrrl!! It is super sugary sweet, and I was extremely surprised with it! I mean, he's always been very supportive of my "pony thing" (he even posted here for awhile years back and allowed me to make him his own pony persona), but this was above and beyond anything I would've expected. <3

Yes!

Minty is very important to us. My now husband gave me a plushie of her for our first anniversary, and it's still the best gift ever. To me it's a symbol how accepting he is of my collecting and crazy attachment to ponies

The top layer was chocolate-caramel, second coffee-hazelnut and the first cream-strawberry. It was soooooo good.
