   Yes,  almost all of them get it I think, I guess is just  plastic degrading  :(  ,I guess there are many factors of them getting it, like if they were exposed to sun,water,dirt and any chemicals .


Seems like the Thailand ones are spared (and they are SO common and SO cheap... *le sigh*)
Interesting...  It's a shame that a lot of ponies are reaching a time where signs of age are showing.

I didn't know the boys get cancer easily and to be honest I've only had a few of the score or so that I've gotten that have little more than rubs as a problem.  :huh:  There has been one with true cancer and two with severe mold but that's been it.  My childhood boys have been through dirt, mud, pools, and every other adventure I could think up and just needed minor cleaning to be better than decent.

I have a cancer-QB too! :biggrin: I think he may be the most prone to it. I see a number go through eBay with super-suspicious spots. The Mountain Boys seem to be prone to it with small spotting between legs or on the belly or amidst symbols. Not that that'd stop me from getting an extra MB or two!  ;)
