Running press makes little kit/book boxes, they are sold in bookstores. They do things like desktop gargoyle, and cat butt stickers, etc. This is obviously a prototype image and I expect the real thing to be the dollymix firefly, like everyone else has said.

Oooh...I'd love if it was a miniature G1, but I don't know if this is just a stock photo :/.  The details on the wings look different to the ones on my Firefly though, and does anyone elses have that weird line around the hoof?  Could this be a new mould?

preordered so when I forget it exists I wont miss out. ill be a little aggravated if its a blindbag or dollymix. but meh, 6 bucks isn't much.

I'm not expecting a dollymix one as they're made by a different company, and I would have thought that would make things very complicated. However, I am expecting something of a similar size. I suspect they've just used a stock picture for the time being.

I did pre-order anyway though, as it wasn't too expensive

I think some (if not all?) of the vintage Firefly ponies do have the hoof thing-

I would love if the image was of a shrunken G1- rather than a stock image- but I kinda don't think it is, which is a little sad.

Here is a comparison of the new pony with some random images from ebay-  it kinda looks to me like an exact match except for the color- which as we all know is not good to go by since it is so easily altered-

Hmmm the bottom Firefly looks like she's from one of Spoosh's auctions. lol I hope they give Firefly vibrant blue hair and not the matte one they used on DJ-Pon3.

Also I have a feeling the glittery symbol is going to have that ugly stick-on look like they do currently for the G4s and the repo Rainbow Ponies. The repo moulds also tend to look slightly chubbier with lesser details. The Firefly in the picture looks like someone planted an existing Firefly for a quick picture. I don't hold very high expectations for Hasbro products these days.

Oooh you're right...I thought my Firefly didn't have this, but she's tucked away in a box somewhere...ahh well. I'd love for this to be a mini G1, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. I hope it's not a dollymix pony - I think the company who make them actually stopped producing them, because I've been trying to get a case of them for about 12 months.  We shall see!
