What is your favorite side dish at a BBQ?

They may use a special dressing, or Japanese mayo.

Definitely potato salad and pasta salad. My sister makes the best egg and mayo potato salad, and we all make a mean pasta salad - pasta, peri-naise and shredded ham. *drools*

I got spoiled growing up.  My parent's neighbor grew probably the best sweet corn I've ever tasted.  His rule was you had to eat it the day you pick it or he wouldn't give you any more!  LOL!  Mmmm.  Bud's sweet corn. 
But in general, I LOVE cole slaw, but it has to have a good balance of sweet and onion.

Oh man this sounds so good. In my town we had a sweet corn festival every year, and there would just be giant rubbermaid trash cans (clean) full of butter, with bright yellow ears of corn bobbing in them. All that butter was always a little overwhelming, but oh so good.

Collard greens. My mouth is watering just typing this. My second favorite is corn on the cob. Cooked on the BBQ in the husk, so good.

And I'm not a potato salad fan, of the American type. Now the German type, served hot. Is awesome.
