Re-hairing a G4 FS - How much hair?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me roughly how many bags of dolly hair is needed to re-hair a fashion style G4?

Slightly panicking and hoping it's no more than 4/5 (those hair plugs look never-ending!)

I believe it's 3-4 depending on length

3 or 4. I used 4 on this one (one hank of each color but two of the blend) and it was nice and thick.

I used less than two and it was still thick. and fairly long. I must have done it wrong.

*phew!* Thanks guys you are awesome! Fact is, I'm waiting on some dolly hair in the post but to get this pony done in time for the UK Ponycon it looks like I might have to use what I have in stock.
