Cotton Candy with Blue Eyes? PC?

I don't know much about Nirvanas, but I know that Cotton Candy usually has purple eyes, and I recently received one in a lot with darkish blue eyes instead. Can anyone please tell me what country this pony is from, and how much she's worth? Her symbols are quite faded on one side but her hair is still lovely and soft

They may just have faded, especially if her symbols are faded.

Yes, you should check the foot markings.
I have seen many variations of eye color over the years for normal Cotton Candy.
It's been discussed that it's usually relative to paint batch mix's or the end of a batch of paint

If i see a pony that looks a bit different, the first thing I do is check the feet.
