I really need to find a G3 Minty. When she first came out I wasn't in to ponies so I missed her. I don't seem to see her around too often or sometimes when I do someone else already bought her.

They're buidling a Costco in my city but by the time it''s open I imagine this set will be gone.

This is going to be great for me! This will get me a good selection of ponies to build my collection back up. I'm sure once this actually comes out in stores I will have spare money.
Edit: Hopefully it isn't exclusive to Costco! There isn't one anywhere near by!!

Wow I wonder if it really will be a Cosco exclusive, or if it's just showing up there first. If it is, this will be the first Cosco exclusive since the G3 era, I believe.

What about the box I think it looks awful so much laziness from the vector art! Overused vectors for most characters, Celestia missing most of her mane and all of her tail, Minty in Applejacks body, and Dewrop Dazzle in Rarities body, a ten year old could pick better images.

Woot! I just picked up this set at Cosco in Ontario this afternoon! I think they just have me out first right now because they already have their toys in for Christmas it seems.

Were there lots and lots of these sets, or just a few?  Wondering if Costco's distribution is more than TRU's, or Walmart.  More ponies sold = more ponies in the thrift store!

I was thinking the same thing.  The set will probably be $50 too and as much as I want a G4 Minty I don't want to pay $50 just for the one pony I want.  Also, are the ponies in the package pearly type or is it just glare from the plastic?

I'm hoping if Minty finally makes an appearance now we may see her in other less expensive sets later on.

Its the glare from the plastic and the set is retailing at $30 CA so hopefully it will be around the same in US at the most.
