Weren't the Mini Funkos supposed to come out today? Not sure if Toywiz shipped them yet.

I got a message from gypsy, who is a Funko distributor, and she said the release date was pushed back to November, but I do not know if that is for all the companies.

Just curious, does anyone know why Dr. Whooves sometimes had a red tie and sometimes a green tie? Is one a variant? Just wondering if it has something to do with the show

^ It is a variant I believe half were red tie and half were green tie for hot topic, but other stores only have green tie I believe. I think it has something to do with Dr. Who, but not for sure.

I don't think the red vs. green is a Doctor Who reference, just a neat way to make another variable.   
Then again, I've only watched a smattering of episodes, so maybe I've just missed the reference. 

Either way, can't wait for the new news~  Any chance there's a guess on how soon you can share?

Hmm only thing I have seen so far is they said on their facebook page is that they are releasing a Pinkie Pie and Lyra in December...hmmm is there another variant coming?

My minis from ToyWiz shipped a few days ago.

Pinkie and Lyra whats exactly? They already have regular and mini variants.. hmm... clear minis? X.x Or maybe they'll do GitD for those, too.

Fingers crossed for clear/glitter/chase Spitfire and BonBon variants. Probably unlikely but I can dream!

On the subject of Dr Who, I've heard that generally (but not always), red means present day/travelling into the future, and blue means travelling into the past. The 9th and 10th Docs have these colour codes shown in their time portals as the TARDIS goes through them, whereas the 11th wears the colour code on his bowtie.

Well they did say months ago there would be a December announcement so it will be exciting to see whether its new releases or if they continue to pull a Hasbro with more of the same.
