Oh! Balloons are definitely orderable from the HHA Showcase. There's a new(ish? hadn't checked until today b/c I got street passed) Nintendo person...JoJo, I think? Well, his second floor is all balloon stuff. I ordered a blue heart balloon and another bunny balloon from him today. :3

Are balloons available from the catalog?! o__o; I looked a few times and couldn't find it. Cuz all my balloon came from a friend or streetpassing... very few and far inbetween the HHA showcase... (I'm so sick of normal balloons)

I collected counterfeit art for a while... But then, one time, I removed them from my house, and my HHA score shot up a couple thousand points, and I realized that I was losing points for hanging what was essentially garbage in my house, so I stopped collecting them. I instead put all of my counterfeit art into a room in the museum, purely to spite Blathers.

I still have a fake moving painting in my mermaid room, though, because I like it, and I had two of them, LOL.

I think that's an awesome thing to do with them!

So, I checked, and it looks like the balloons can't be catalogued, but you can order them from showcase homes that have them on display. So at least there's that...
