G3 Movies Being Re-released!

Shout Factory (who have released Equestria Girls and a lot of G4 DVD'S) are re-releasing The Princess Promenade,A Very Minty Christmas,Runaway Rainbow,Dancing in the Clouds and Friends Are Never Far Away on DVD Not a huge fan of the G3 movies myself but I know some people here will be!

Hopefully you will be able to find them now! I'm not sure when they are due for release though

A Very Minty Christmas is up on Amazon now (http://www.amazon.com/Little-Pony-Friendship-Magic-Christmas/dp/B00DQFWFMC) although it still has G4 credits. I think the re-releases are being billed as "Classic My Little Pony Movies".

I can't find the others yet.

How nice! I have A Very Minty Christmas and Friends Are Never Far Away from my childhood and I really enjoyed them! At first I thought Hasbro was making G4 re-makes of these movies, but I'm glad to see they are the true old versions.

walmart has a g3.5 movie or show dvd in the $5 bin, and had an equestria girls sticker on it. thought it was strange.

I really hope that they do this! That would be really neat. I'm hoping that at least Minty is packed with AVMC (although I'm guessing not as Owlsy has found it online already)...but come on we have waited long enough for her

I'm glad the movies are going to be released for those that still need them. When they first came out I wasn't really in to ponies. So by the time I wanted to get the last pony movie I wanted (A Very Pony Place) it was out a print. A friend gave me a copy.

I really want to get A Very Minty Christmas on DVD! It was from my childhood and was my ABSOLUTE favorite! I had it DVR'd on one of our old tv's but since then we had gotten rid of it! I realized that a month or 2 ago  that my collection of scooby doo movies and pony movies are gone! I was so upset! But my tv has a feature that lets you play YouTube videos on the tv and I watched on YouTube on the tv.

YES! I am so glad G3 hasn't been forgotten! ^^ Let everyone who wants to complain 'kill it with friendship' complain, but I'm gonna love getting these on DVD for the first time! ^^
