SO CUTE!!!!! It's the cutest little yellow donkey guy with its widdle earsies and those bug eyes and the little hooves and squeeeeeeee!!!
*Bambi eyes* Do you have any more pics of her?

And I really like the eyes of the flocked fakies...too bad the eyes are attached to the only fakies that I will never be interested in. They're just so...uninteresting and kind of gross.
I'll put something here some time

OK, my box o'Dollar Tree babies came!  A bit bigger than a G4, cheap plastic with not much hair.  But ADORABLE!!  Curious if adding clay or something inside would make them sturdier.  And of course better and more hair.  But for the price, no complaints here.  :)

I love fakies! My first pony was a real My little Pony (I have her still) but my all time favorite pony was a brown Lanard with a plaid blanket. I still look for one to buy but so far havn't found one.

She is so gorgeous!  :lovey: I've not seen one like her. The closest fakie I can think of to your girl is a Remco donkey.

Ooooh got photos Rybett? :D

Hopefully one day you will find your fakie Tribble79, I'm currently seeking ones I had from my childhood also :)

I had some new fakies arrive the other day, I've never seen them before!

They're actually really cool, but I'm not sure if I'll keep them yet... I bought the lot for Masquerade.

I've never seen them before either, but they're very cute! I love how they all look like they're chattering away with each other, like they're having a conversation :3

This is an auction lot I found on eBay, so it is not my photo, but has anyone ever seen a fakie like the one on the left before?

They're by Lanard, and came with either surfboards or snowboards. Yes, snowboarding ponies! (The snowboarding one actually came with an adorable white weasel/mink/ermine that I'd love to have someday!)
I'll put something here some time

Hm, I don't suppose you guys could help me find out what one of my childhood fakies was?

I remember her being a bright, almost lime green and she had either pink or orange hair. I can't really remember what she looked like in comparison to other fakies and MLP, but it's likely she was a g3 fakie. And she was in a standard walking/standing pose.

I'm not quite sure on this either, but I THINK she came with plastic shoes or roller skates to wear. I think. xD

Can anyone tell me more about this kind of fakie? I had every one from the set as a kid and I do not see them at all today. They are hard plastic with a button on the side which makes a heart of their chest light up. Their rubber saddles were removable and they usually came with a molded feather plume on their head between their ears. The lifted up leg had articulation and could move back and forth.

I had every, single one as a kid and would love to find them again! Apparently they're a Soma fakie?

No clue, Ariadna, but she's gorgeous. :lovey: I have a special fondness for the color yellow.

She reminds me of those Dream Beauty fakies with the push button that would make them light up and play music. Maybe she's related to those? I notice that you're in Australia, so it's also possible that they were region-exclusive. :)

Does she have any manufacturing marks? Soma does sound like a good lead, because they are known for making cheap knockoff toys. (I have these childhood Soma dinos that are like a cross between a Darlin' Dino knockoff and a Barney knockoff. They're pretty neat, and reminiscent of the times when Barney was EVERYWHERE. I've had them since about preschool or kindergarten. :) )
