Brooke Kutik at it AGAIN with another new account!

In that Artists Beware post, sculptor Scenceable (http://www.scenceable.deviantart.com/) posted proof of how she was ripped off by Brooke earlier this year. There's a bit more info in the comments to the post. It just went up in the past day, so there will probably be more discussion to come over there.

I don't know yet which two sculptures Scenceable was cheated out of. But if I (or anyone else) finds out, it'd be good to update this thread with links since Scenceable keeps photos of pretty much everything in her DeviantArt gallery, so we know what to look out for if Brooke tries to resell them under another new account.

(I hope I'm not posting stuff people here already know! I didn't see anything about this in earlier threads, and I didn't see that allisoninwonderland8 Etsy name in Brooke's list of known aliases.)

If y'all will please excuse me, I have to go rage-flip some tables right now....The nerve of some people! I'm not even involved in this mess, and I'm livid over it.

Geez, this girl just WON'T GO AWAY!!  She's been scamming for, what?  Over a decade??  Should we maybe contact the local police in that area?  I don't know if pony scamming would be serious enough for the police to take any action, but maybe it could at least be put in her file.  You know, as ongoing fraud complaints, or something.

I've never fallen victim to this monster, fortunately, but the possibility scares me.  And it just blows my mind how someone who likes a lot of the same kinds of things I do could be so horrible.

That's really annoying to hear! I've had dealings with Scenceable, and I really appreciate her honesty. It's horrible when these things happen to good pony people!

I read about this person on the traders to avoid sticky. I have not had any contact with them myself, but I have to wonder how is it possible that she can still after a decade be doing this and not be in trouble with the law?

It can't be just the pony community she does this to? The sums she scams are very high as well. How is it that credit card companies don't take notice? Is it too difficult legally to build a case against her?

I feel very angry on behalf of the artist that lost both her sculpture and her money.

If I recall correctly (and I may not be) someone actually found out she DOES have a police record, for drunk driving. I am thinking of the right person, right?

I've been in the community long enough to remember when this all started. She and Lexi were the two biggest names in pony scamming history. We're all pretty sure Lexi is mentally dysfunctional (I'm almost positive some of that is sociopathy).  Brooke may be as well, or, at the very least, conniving, manipulative, and greedy.  And btw, you two, THOSE AREN'T COMPLIMENTS!
