Advice on Airbush kits?

I was just diagnosed with arthritis, and am having a problem painting ponies because it hurts my hands and my hands are so shaky it makes it hard to make the paint look good.  SO I've decided to take the next step in custom ponies and get myself a airbrush kit!

BUT, I know nothing about them SO I was hoping maybe you guys could help give me a hand here in making the right choice  Umm what models do you use or recommend and how much did you spend?

I got a Paasche VL set after asking the same question on here many years ago. It works great, though I do need more practice. It's pretty easy to use as well.

As far as an air compressor goes we already had one for our tools so I just use that one but there are the ones made specifically for the airbrush use.

I want to say I spent $60ish on it.

I got an Iwata Eclipse for about $130 (not including the air compressor which I already owned) and I LOVE it. Although I can't compare it to others because I haven't used them. Definitely get a 'dual action' trigger one that lets you can control the amount of paint that comes out.

Thats the one I was thinking of getting, is it any good? Or would it be better to buy the airbrush and the compressor separate? Does any air compressor work?
