It's not a filly head, it's a new mold with chubbier cheeks and nose.

its bad and i dont like it the old mold looked good. its pretty much the only reason i collect G4s

Ahh...I didnt realise Pinkie had the new head as well.

It looks as though the reasoning behind it may be to beat the whole head/body mismatch. The Lyra in the Favs pack has this new head mould as well.
