Comcast Internet - Can You Lower Your Rate Too?

It pays to review current promotions offered by Comcast.

I currently have a "promotional rate" of $59.99 for internet.  Well, they're offering the SAME thing right now with a NEW "promotional rate" of $34.99.

I did get the run-around when I called Customer Service.  I then tried the Chat feature and got the same run-around.  The "we don't offer this anymore..."

Once I said that the website was allowing me to add the service and that I'd just cancel my internet, get the new rate, and pay the $9.95 for the self-install kit, the Chat rep gave me the new rate.

The rate expires in 6 months, so I saved $150.  Actually, I saved more since my current rate was going to expire in September (i.e. get higher).

The point of my post is this: if you're using Comcast for your internet, check out the Blast! promotion.  Get on that customer service Chat feature and lower your monthly bill!
