More stolen pictures of custom ponies?

I saw this listing on Taobao- featuring some AMAZING customs.  http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a2106.m5221.1000384.3396.NiYUVv&id=18192225031&scm=1029.newlist-0.webpstd.0&ppath=&sku=
The prices are quite high for Taobao- equivalent to about $100 USD.

However- the customs look REALLY familiar. 

EDIT -  the ponies belong to Mayanbutterfly/eponyart, spippo (Harley), colorscapeart (Kiss), Firebyrd (Bowie) and there may be others.  We've left messages with the artists recognized- but if you recognize any of these other ponies- please let the artists know (so they can contact Taobao and the seller and complain).

I hope these can be taken down- I am sure they were not used with permission.  I know the last time this (or some other) Taobao seller took custom pics to use- the seller finally did remove them after much complaining.  If you know how to navigate Taobao, I'm sure the artists wouldn't object if you also added your complaints.  These people need to know that it is NOT okay to use someone elses art.

OMG i recognize some of those, I wish I could remember who customized them, I've seen 2 or 3 on numerous occasions... think think think :blink:

The sad thing is- she originals do appear to have names in them- (at least the ones I saw) - the taobao seller just shopped them out.  That is seriously not cool.  -_-

Can you let them know?  If it bothers them they should complain until the photos are taken down.

I don't know about the legality - but I do know that blatant piracy is not allowed- they can't steal photos of someone elses art- and pass it off as their own. 

I found the "report piracy" button- it's at the top right corner of the page.  I reported the auction- it would help if others who have Taobao accounts did the same (not sure any of the artists do).

Hopefully it works, I've had my artwork stolen before as well, and I don't understand why people think... "Oh look, something someone spent hours working on....better claim it as my own!"
