Whats wrong with ZAZZLE?!?!?! #mad

Is this problem just with me?

Zazzle new website says that my password is incorrect.
I ask a new password by e-mail. I recive a link in my e-mail to choose a new password.
I choose a new password. STILL DOESNT WORK!

Anyone? I cant login at my account anymore! (

Is there any way you could've had caps lock on or num lock off and tried to use the number pad or anything?

I'm trying all week, Shiromisa.
Just get this message: "Your email or password is incorrect, or you may need to sign-in with your username."

I tried to login with my username, and still doesnt work
(I received my username with the e-mail they send me, so I'm sure its correct).

I send them a message on facebook now too.

Zazzle answered me on FB. They'll send me a new password by e-mail. I hope itl fix it! O_o
