Back to Childhood: *SHOW YOUR CHILDHOOD MLP DRAWING!*
« on: July 20, 2013, 06:59:35 AM »
hehe, i was reading an old topic about childhood ponies :lovey: and couldn't resist to post these drawings from me & sis from childhood. They are over 15 years old, look at those faces!  :haha: If you ever need a laugh, view these of ours. :P Hilarious!

This is from a 'Friendsbook' which was for little girls to let their friends write in about themselves.
I got the book when i was about 7 years old and me and my sister used it  as 'Pony Friendship book'. Written in Dutch, but you might see some familiar names and/or faces! Can you see which pony is drawn where?

Another 'Dolfijn Pony'.
We were lucky to have two!

A gal from the UK, you might know her.

This girl was transformed into a boy and named 'Taspony'  :throw:
We had two of him. Drawing made by me with sisters handwriting.

'Sterrenpony', another Dutch lady.

I didn't actually draw ponies as a kid, but my oldest daughter draws loads of ponies. I can show you her art if you like.

What a cute idea for a thread! I think I have one I kept, or I should say: my mom kept. ;) I'll have to see if I can find it.

That's really adorable hokuspokus! :D

As for me... I don't think I ever drew any ponies, back when I was kid. I was pretty self-concious about my art, and I didn't even attempt drawing anything, out of fear that it was going to be crappy. Though I need to double check my childhood art folder, just to be sure. :P

I don't have any drawings from when I was "little", but this is the oldest MLP drawing I have that I did. It's Teddy from MLP Tales, of course! I drew it when I was 12 (omg, that was 20 years ago!):

I drew unicorns.  I was never happy with the mlps I tried drawing so I just did my own thing.

Any of my drawings aren't around, there long gone. While I didn't draw MLP, I did draw horses. Some not so great. Stick horses anyone. Ahh the fine art of childhood.

Great thread and I'll enjoy seeing what other people post.

All of my elementary school doodles are long gone... I tried my hardest to draw "realistic" unicorns and... yeah. xD  They weren't good.
