Please help me identify this version of Sea Shell...

Hello everyone!  I'm trying to figure out where this girl is from:

I don't physically have her, so I'm having to go from the picture alone.  No blaze and no freckles... Not Italian, not French...   is she somehow a fakie??  I don't know enough about foreign ponies to identify her, so sorry if she turns out to be a fakie.

She looks factory error or someone has removed he freckles, white diamond and eyelashes...strange!

Her head doesn't look quite right, like it's not defined enough. Maybe a fakie?

She is delightfully odd! I'd defenitely buy her, as rosierjay says she'd be very interesting to have even if she does turn out to be a fakie.

That's what I thought too.  She is one WEIRD girl!  I noticed the eyelashes too.. so strange that she's missing all her makeup!  Even if her tail is scaggly and missing hair, do you think she would be a good buy at around $6-$8?    I would hate to waste money on something that isn't worth it.  I do that too much already.

It's really up to you if you feel it's worth it or not, but I would personally spend that on her, just as an interesting oddity.

She looks like a regular HK seashell to me, the missing eyelashes and blaze do make her look very odd

I'd buy her! Although I think she is a normal release and has had her eye lashes and blaze removed! But you never know!

Well, I contacted the seller of this Sea Shell and she didn't know what happened to the eyelashes or blaze... but a picture showing the other side revealed that she has eyelashes on ONE side of her face!  This leads me to believe that someone removed her blaze and just one side of her eyelashes.  Why?  I have no clue.  But I believe the mystery is solved - she must be a regular HK Sea Shell just like a couple of you believed her to be.  Thanks to everyone who helped!
