Unappreciated G3s

So obviously the Derby is reassuring us of the overwhelming adoration Diamond everyone has for Minty, Waterfire and Port o Bella.

But it got me to thinking - the G3 line is almost as prevalent as G1 for its scale of characters and colour combinations and yet sometimes I stumble across the odd G3 who I just think never gets a mention, never gets some appreciation despite being so pretty.

So I wonder - who do you think is perhaps over looked or forgotten about in the G3 line.

For me its Lavender Cloud - so pretty but hardly ever mentioned.

Oh, she's so pretty!

I think most of the line is passed over, but a personal favourite of mine is Tropical Delight II.

If Lavender Cloud had actually been lavender I would have snatched her right up. ^_^; Usually I'm one of the first to complain about a pony who is just another retread of the purple/pink scheme, but some names just seem weird if it's not present! Even her hair is clearly a dark purple...not lavender at all! :(

I agree G3's are under appreciated. I love them though. Most of mine are thrift store finds. I love how cheap G3's are cuz if I'm having a tight month or something I can still get a pony or two and not break the bank :biggrin:

I recently discovered how adorable Baby Boogie Woogie is!! And to me Amazing Grace is just so beautiful and I totally love Star Flower's symbol.

oh she is gorgeous. i haven't seen her before  :blush:
just when i think i have seen every G3 there is always one that pops up that i haven't and this is bad cos it leads to a longer G3 want list when i am trying my hardest to stop and keep to a limit of 2 dozen  -_-

i was thinking tropical delight also but i will go for rainbow sunrise :)

I don't know if Butterscotch gets enough love. I have both the G1 and G3 versions. I adore G3 Butterscotch, and mine is MIB. She was one of my very first G3s. Beautiful colors, cute pose, adorable symbol... I think she's perfect! :heart:

I find that some of my favorite G3s are the unappreciated or generally unknown ones. I adore Lavender Cloud and Alphabittle! :heart:
