Yep, they've mentioned on their facebook a few times that more are coming! I'm excited to see what the next wave will be.

If anyone else comes across a Clover and doesn't want her I would be willing to pay a reasonable price for her.  My daughter has decided that she really wants her.  I've told her how much she is on Ebay and that it's really too expensive for a toy but she still mentions it at least once a day.

Anyone see any difference in the newer zelfs as compared to the rest?

The Pega Sue that I bought from ebay includes a high forehead and her eyes seem to be set higher while the Flamy I just bought locally has a lower forehead and much lower set eyes. Flamy also can't seem to sit upright on his own. Is it just the mould or is it my country or is it a drop in quality? :/

Hmm those are good observations Fluffle. I haven't looked that closely, but I'll take a look next time I go to TRU to look.

I did notice they started packaging the Medium sized ones differently. Some of the ones I buy have a clear plastic elastic around the neck holding it in the package. Other ones have four clear plastic elastics, one around each arm and leg, rather than just one around the neck. But I didn't notice about the change in the mold. It's entirely possible they adjusted the molds and changed the quality when they got super popular and had to increase production to keep up with demand.

To be fair, these were incredibly well made for a $6 toy. The paint jobs are usually high quality and are in really interesting positions, like the little details on the back of the arms or legs.

You might have just gotten a couple of bad mold pours, though. With so many in production, it's understandable that they don't all come out of the mold perfect. My Garny has a weird bulge in her leg near the joint that makes it hard to turn the leg.

$6  that is amazing, that would be $8nzd here but alas they are $18($15usd) in most place, $20($16usd) in some   
i thought they were incredibly expensive here but when i look at the quality, accessories and how they are presented i think they are worth it. though i only buy them when they are on sale.

oh yer i forgot to ask. was there wave one then two with the zelfs, which ones came first, i remember seeing a poster ages back that only had 6 of them on it.

so excited to see what next waves looks like

What a great picture, shabbychicdee! I'm sorry they're so expensive in your location. Especially since this company originates out of Australia, you'd think they'd be more expensive over here! Quite possible the American toy companies didn't want to take a chance with a new toyline and said, "We'll sell them for you, but only if we can put them at such-and-such a price." (Walmart does that with companies aaaallll the time, that's why their prices are so low.)

 I think there's only been one 'wave' so far (unless you want to count the Greenhouse Teahouse and the Art Zelf as wave 2, since they came later). But the poster you saw might have been the 'large' characters. There's only 6 characters in the large size (Lil'D, Spellinda, Mermalade, Buttershy, Vampula, and Angelala), while the medium size has those 6 plus 8 others. I think they company is concentrating on those 6 to be the core of their line, since those 6 are the ones who show up on all the advertisements and merchandise so far.

ohhhhhhh of course doh it might have been the larger ones but i can't remember seeing anything about being the larger ones.
also i think they are expensive in Australia too like mlp are but they have high wages over there so can afford it

ahh i just spotted a tru exclusives set for the little ones in a large pack, already with the untouchable tru and target exclusive, that's the reason i am of g4 right now

ah ha i just found the art zelf, i looks huge, is it bigger then the super zelfs and only a tru exclusive?
