Those are her trapezius muscles (or would be if she were human) says the fitness instructor. ;) But, yes, the pic is hilarious! My daughter pointed it out to me the other day.

I find that a bit creepy lookin' myself. She sure does look better with hair to cover that milkmaid's hump. Although, it's the thinness of the neck compared to everything else that really gets me, even her horn is thicker.

This has been driving me crazy since she came out. Luna has it too. Their heir doesn't fully hide it in the cartoon. I don't understand why they draw them like that.
