I am terrified of this pony. I have everything I need, pony prepped, and know what I want to do but I'm scared to start. I'm going to today though. If I fail, I fail and I'll have to try something else I guess...... But I don't want to fail! It's a good plan! *sigh* Wish me luck.

I hear ya Kaos, im in pretty much the same boat. im gonna try to start the paintwork tomorrow if I have time. going to some sort of fangled job fair somewhere.... cmon employment!!!

Finally back from a week at the in-laws and can resume pony making! Hooray! Gotta make some progress on this girl. I'm with everyone who is cowering in fear. Although, if I'm going to be afraid of a pony, it seems fitting that it's a Halloween pony.

Mine is shaping up nicely.  I need to accessorize, paint and seal.  It is mostly the way I want it with a few altered details from the previous failure lol.

What's going on with Ellis, do we need to start thinking about doubling up some partners?

Feel like Im so far behind =/ Wiring is finally done (after alot of problems) so now I can start sculpting more..

Looking at what I have so far/ plan to do I dont feel like its enough work for this so thinking I may need to do another pony to go with..

As far as halloween movies/scary ish movies I like Nightmare before Christmas, Halloween 1 and 2, Alien, zombie movies, Ginger Snaps, Dog soldiers, Silent Hill, etc.  I'm more a fan of creature movies or psychological thriller types.  Usually not into the straight blood and guts slashers.  I love strong female characters, but they are hard to find.

Do you have a fav halloween movie or spooky things you associate with halloween that you love?

  When I was a kid I was terrified of those scary sounds tapes you can get to play at your house.  *shudder* But as far as things I love, I love almost all things Halloween.  I love group costumes.  Like I'll be a princess and my kid will be a dragon.  Or I'll be Bo Peep and my kids will be sheep, stuff like that, where we all are a matching set.

Can you think of something you maybe forgot to cover that you think may be helpful?

Hmm I suppose that I am picky about faces.  I can't remember if I said it or not.  It's in my prefs page.  I am not a huge fan of very angry faces.  I'd much rather a spooky grin or a more creative expression than just a big angry snarl.  But really whatever works for the piece.

Well, not so much specific Halloween characters per se. In general I like monsters and weird, creepy stuff. My fav horror movies are The Thing, Hellraiser and Silent Hill (love the games too). Other creepy movies I like don't have a lot of visuals... like, I love alien abduction movies but not sure how you could use that for a pony.

I'm easy No, really. There's nothing off limits for me. I'm cool with simple and elegant, extreme and bizarre, and everything in between.
