how should i deal with this from ebay, canceled/damaged purchase thing

some time ago i won a FF peachy for $2  then shortly after i get a message saying don't pay, cat or dog chewed it up, missing ear or what-ever, and i said ok thanks for letting me know.
now its just setting in my 'pay for this item' and 'place feed back' list and its bugging me. how do i tell ebay its not going through because apparently it is "damaged", should she do that?

There is two things you can do, contact the seller and have them send you a cancel transaction request. Or you yourself can send one.

i think i will need to contact seller, i just tried to do it but ebay led me on a wild goose chase, it kept on opening up windows and going around in circles
