Re-hairing?? Help!

I am poised to purchase the most beautiful piggy....well, beautiful except almost all of her hair has been chopped off!   

I have no idea how to re-hair, but I know that some of you do.  Anyone out there do professional-level re-hairing?  How much would you charge?  This particular pony would need every last hair on her mane and tail replaced.

There are lots of tutorials on how to rehair. I believe that there are some people offering their services in the customs forum...I think Madhatterda does,  but do not quote me on that...anyways here are a few links just from googling it....

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!  I thought about posting in the custom forum, but wasn't sure if I should.  I know there are tons of talented pony artists out there who could do a much better job than me on this project.

I would get it! Worse case there are a ton of people on here that I'm sure wouldn't mind rehairing for you for a little fee.

I would love to rehair her!  It's so fun bringing a pony back to life!

I could also do it. 

Consider:

method- I use the knot method with a doll needle for insertion.
hair match- vintage donor vs new supplier like dollyhair.
length- factory or longer
thickness- thick, thin, med.  Don't want to risk breaking the plugs with too much thickness.
glue inside head-yes or no. what kind?

Uh... what else.  Tracking and insurance is probably a good idea depending on the $ value of the pony so you will probably want to stick to a domestic user to cut shipping charges.

allergies- I have dogs.
