Before photos-Including an amazingly dirty Gingerbread! Update #2 :)

Hi everyone!

     I was very excited today to get a shipment of ponies.  They are amazingly dirty!  I actually really like cleaning up my ponies so I'm a pretty happy camper right now.  I wanted to start taking before and after photos, especially given how dirty these pretty white ponies are

Lots of G3 for me to identify, including two babies! Many of these will be for sale

 Also quite a few fakies, some of which are very pretty.  Any help ID'ing them would be much appreciated- is there a good fakie website?

So many ponies.... I wanted to post some after pics, as promised.  This isn't nearly all of them, but here are a few.  I guess the pony gods give and take away- someone wanted to be a hairdresser, as a couple of the G3's have obvious hair cuts.  However, many of the tinsel hair ponies still have lovely and straight tinsel!  Gingerbread is undergoing sun fading and Chief is being treated for cancer.  Pony Bride became bright white with the application of Magic Eraser and Dawn

Update #2  Here are all the G3's (except for a few being treated for dry hair) along with a couple of styling ponies I picked up thrift shopping.  I like the pony army look!

Top yellow: Crumpet pose fakie
White and pink with braids: Dream Pony/Walgreens fakies maybe?
Not sure what the beachball and smaller yellow fakie is.

Second pic I'm pretty sure those are both Remcos.

I'm pretty sure those two in the last pic are JaRu fakies that are trying to imitate Remco- a true Remco fakie will always be marked. (To my knowledge, at least. )

The tiny yellow one is a 90s-era Lanard.

Beach Ball fakie is being sold at Big Lots right now under several different names, company name being Gigo. The Gigo molds are passed around through so many companies that it doesn't really matter though. I've noticed most pony fans using the term "Walgreens fakie" as an umbrella term.

The CPK one with the Chap Mei collar is a very interesting one. I have one just like it, except that it's purple. The thing that stands out about these is that they have a tye-dye-like wash and also metallic paint inside their ears. I'm sure these are probably common, but I have no idea when and where they came from. (I found mine at Goodwill about a year and a half ago, so I really don't have a clue.) Perhaps another fakie fan can clue us in.

Nice haul, by the way. Even though they are dirty, it doesn't look like it will take much to get them clean.

Blimey, you weren't kidding!    I'm sure they will all look fab when you've had chance to clean them up    The G3 in the top pic is Desert Rose btw.

On the picture of the group of G3's,some of the ponies you have are G3.5 Rainbow Dash,Baby Pink Sunsparkle,Cheerilee,Starsong,Bumblesweet and Toola Roola And the white G3 in the first photo is Desert Rose!

The pink pegasi gen 3 with the starfish is hidden treasure, the one with the lollipops is butterscotch.
